Sims are your characters in the game (people) who you control there lives. You can create your own Sims, their personalities, what they look like, and their skills. You can pretty much make your Sims look like anyone even yourself. Depending on the personality you give your
Sims decides what your Sims life goals are. You control your Sims to achieve their goals.
They cry, laugh, eat, sleep, go swimming, shower/bath, pee, fight and even have sex. They make friends, have lovers, can get married even have affairs, get divorced. They can get pregnant or adopt children if they don’t take care of their kids the social worker comes and takes them away. The kids go to school, need to do homework to get good grades, some even go to college (if you have the EP) When they get old they die, family members morn them.
They can get jobs to earn money, can own their own business, can go shopping, go to parks or hang at malls. They even now can have pets. You can build and decorate community lots and their homes.
With body shop that comes with the game you can edit their clothes, eye colors, hair color/styles, skin color, makeup and lots more. Most use paint shop or photo shop to edit the files. With some tools some people have created you can pretty much make anything for the game.
